Oystermen Gin is based in Wivenhoe, Colchester and currently produces two cracking local artisan gins.

Oystermen Dry Gin is a coastal inspired London Dry Gin infused with the Michelin Star ingredient Oyster Leaf. Oyster Leaf is a flowering sea plant that grows around the shores of the UK and give this gin clean umami notes, embraced with a Spanish Andulasian Lemon and touch of Japanese Sansho Pepper, which brings a vibrant citrus hint and a comfortable warm mouth feel.
